We would like to announce that as of 1st of March 2015, as part of the European Union’s Freedom to Provide Services Treaty, MetLife TUnZiR (MetLife) will transfer its portfolio and related customer support operations from its Lithuania and Latvian branches to MetLife’s operation in Poland. At the same time will begin voluntary liquidation process of Lithuania and Latvian branches.
We would like to emphasize that these changes does not affect any terms and conditions of your insurance contract concluded with MetLife.
Customers will continue to receive a full range of support services provided by a dedicated multi-language team speaking Lithuanian, Latvian, Russian and English.

The integration will not have any impact on the continuation of customers’ insurance policies, coverage or benefits. Conditions of the policies will continue to be compliant with their General Terms and Conditions of Insurance. All customers in Lithuania and Latvia will be sent letters with details of the changes resulting from the transfer to Poland.
